Nintendo and Pokémon GO have signed several mobile game development agreements, and the first title has already been announced

Someone appeared on Niantic’s website CommunicationPokémon GO and Harry Potter: Wizards Unite announced that they have signed a contract with Nintendo for another outdoor crawl augmented reality video game. The first one has already been announced, and it’s based on Pikmin.

It’s a bit surprising that Nintendo, with its large number of popular game characters, is introducing Pikmint for the first time to an AR game that isn’t even close to the well-known Super Mario game. In Pikmin games, you control an army of tiny spaceships with which you have to complete all kinds of puzzling challenges and platforms. So far, three numbered parts have been added to it, Pikmin 3 Deluxe was launched on the Nintendo Switch last October. Niantic has only revealed her interpretation to Pikmin that it will have gameplay that will “encourage you to walk” and “make walking fun”. Admittedly, Niantic does everything she can to get our feet in shape.

We will be able to immerse ourselves in augmented reality of Pikmin sometime in 2021. This is the first game made by Niantik Tokyo, which was founded in 2018. They will talk more about their other games jointly developed with Nintendo later.
