NNK: Flu and coronavirus vaccines can be given at the same time

The channel asked when the flu vaccination at home would start, and whether this vaccine and the coronavirus vaccine could be given at the same time. NNK was the first to state in his response:

“The extent of the influenza season is largely determined by the type of influenza virus that is currently causing the epidemic. As in previous years, 1,300,000 doses of 3-fluart are available for those over 3 years of age and 4,000 doses of Vaxigrip Tetra for those under that. 3 ,” he wrote in response to NNK.

Then he mentioned that the distribution of vaccines will be done centrally, taking into account the at-risk population in the concerned area, and the question was answered as follows:

“Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations can be given medically or immunologically in or without any time interval, in which case the vaccinations are given in different limbs (one arm, upper arm and the other). If the vaccinator recommends it, the two vaccinations can be given safely over a period ranging from One to two weeks.”
