“You look really polished.” – She praised Nora Ordug, her colleague from TV2, before the presenter, who has two children, revealed that there was a period when she let herself down a bit and gained extra kilos, and that must have hit her head. She recounted how she lived through this period and how she found the solution.
“I like to eat and drink well. Obviously that lifestyle goes hand in hand with those things, and at the same time there are a lot of situations where I want to look good. It made me feel really bad when…“Nora Ordug began, then Ramona Lekay-Kess stepped in and asked:When were you told you were pregnant?“
“It was regular. During the coronavirus, I gained so much weight, and I became so comfortable with the quarantine situation, that I had to be told, ‘Is there a problem?’ And it went really deep. It’s been really bad since then.”The presenter admitted.
He also revealed how he deals with the comments:Of course, I said, “Well, I'll decide if I feel good or not.” And if I want to lose weight, I'll lose weight. Obviously, I pulled myself together and lost a few pounds. But how, that's the sentence you never want to hear. 'Are you okay? Is everything okay?' or 'Congratulations!'…”
Then talk about how to get rid of extra pounds:“There was a lingerie campaign, a swimsuit campaign. I looked back at the pictures and realized that photographers can handle it, but I didn’t want to be like that… I didn’t want to feel bad about my skin. And I found something that was crowned by a lifestyle change, which doesn’t cause me any difficulties. I realized that I often forget to eat breakfast and skip it. That’s a mistake according to any old school. And then I started this time zone or time window of actually eating, or fasting, so breakfast is what I left out of that regimen because it caused me the least problems. I couldn’t skip dinner. However, I feel that if the morning goes like this, I don’t eat until two or three o’clock, and then there’s such discipline in that that I don’t start binging after that. (…) Of course, I care about eating healthy, avoiding carbs and sugar, and that’s been the case for about two years. It wasn’t surprising, but my body has changed in some way.”
“Then it's a conscious change in lifestyle.” Ramona Lekai Case said.
