We have known for some time now that Oppo employees are working hard on the members of the Reno 9 series, some interesting things have already been revealed. Recently, images appeared on the Internet, so we can take a closer look at the expected design of the devices.
We have to say up front that these photos are not of the best quality and, as with the other leaked photos, their authenticity is not necessarily 100 percent. Anyway, if the images shown here are original, we can already see some changes compared to the Reno 8 models. The first is the slightly more traditional design of the rear camera island, where the image recording modules are still located in a similar arrangement. As for the front camera, it is located in a hole under the top bezel of the display, aligned with the center.
The novelty here can be seen in the fact that previously this type of arrangement of the front panel was typical only for Pro versions, but it seems that from now on the selfie camera will be located in the same way on the base model. On the Reno 8, the front unit was still in the upper left corner.
So, it is assumed that the images show the Oppo Reno 9, but unfortunately we have not heard anything about the features of the mobile phone. We can only present the possible specifications of the Oppo Reno 9 Pro +.
According to the leakers, the MediaTek Dimensity 8000 chipset inside the device will perform the calculations. On the back of the smartphone, the primary image recording unit can be a 50MP camera with a Sony IMX766 sensor. There is nothing surprising in this, the sensor has already been used in many Oppo brand mobiles before. Oppo Reno 9 Pro and Pro+ models are rumored to debut in China next month, while the base model will arrive a bit late.
