At the international show, we were able to see the latest models that have many interesting features.
Panasonic TVs
Gone are the days when Panasonic was one of the most powerful TV manufacturers globally, but regardless, it’s worth taking care of the company, as they still have a very strong position in the premium segment in Europe and Japan, and in many parts of the world, so The brand has a following.
The concern usually pays a lot of attention to developments, and thanks to this, their current top model has always been among the best devices of the given year. The company presented its latest TV at an international event at the legendary Berlin Film Studio, where it also revealed key aspects of its latest developments.
movie and game
During development, Panasonic identified two main target groups: movie enthusiasts and gamers. This means that they have focused mainly on meeting their needs, at least for the higher-end models. The spotlight on the film isn’t surprising at all, as the Japanese company has long emphasized how important this field is, and to that end they’ve been working with Hollywood studio professionals for years, whose insights are taken into account during product development.
They’ve been winking at gamers for quite some time, but that part never got as much focus as it does now. How seriously they took this matter is evidenced by the fact that they announced with a bang at the event that they had concluded a close cooperation agreement with Activision Blizzard. It was also revealed that Panasonic will be the official television partner for Diablo IV, which will appear on several communication platforms. The high-end 2023 TVs will have many new features that will benefit gamers.
The most important thing is definitely the support for G-Sync technology. In addition, it was also confirmed that the amount of input delay could have been radically reduced, but unfortunately no specific data has been disclosed in this regard. In addition, it is worth highlighting the action called Dark Visibility Enhancer, activating which makes it easier to detect opponents hiding in the shadows. They also created a separate user interface, where only those parameters and functions that may be important to gamers are available. We’ve seen something similar to this from other manufacturers, but it sure seems like a useful feature. The icing on the cake is that the sound modes also include profiles optimized specifically for gaming.
design
Not so long ago, Panasonic was intensively testing various extreme design solutions in the TV sector, but now this line has been completely abandoned. At the very least, the 2023 TVs have a somewhat conservative (let’s not say boring) look.
There are one or two products, like the top model called the MZ2000, under which an audio system is packaged, but we’ve already seen this solution years ago with the same shape. On the other hand, I especially liked the fact that the company releases quite a few TVs whose screens can be rotated around the neck, as this is not at all uncommon these days. There are companies that pack the connectors in an external box, making them easier to access, but Panasonic is not one of them, that is, the connectors are always on the back of the Japanese company’s TVs.
