The release of Persona's main episode six is reportedly much closer than we thought, but SEGA has yet to officially announce the JRPG.
Midori, who leaks information about Atlus and SEGA games that's probably pretty accurate (isn't that a fusion guy?), has now shared the game's temporary placeholder logo on Twitter. That is, this is not the final logo, which is understandable, because it looks a bit amateurish. He added that Persona 6 will follow some yin and yang themes, which we can't even imagine how many spin-offs there will be in the future.
Midori said that the full development of Persona 6 began before the recently released episodes, so it can be considered a higher-level project than the recent Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Tactica. As a result, it is not far from release, although the Japanese publisher has not officially announced the game yet.
Thus, the theme of yin and yang means two opposing sides, which is not surprising, as another leaker previously reported that there will be two heroes with two different points of view. Unless (if the rumor is true) it will not be possible to play with one of them in the dungeons. Persona 6 will partly use the open world formula, so we can have more freedom compared to the previous parts.

If SEGA doesn't keep fans waiting, we wouldn't be surprised if Persona 6 releases in the fall. If this is true, we'll wonder how long it will be between the Japanese release and the international release. For Persona 5, it took six and a half months (Japan: mid-September 2016, West: early April 2017), and if the Japanese company is serious about making the IP mainstream, there can't be too much of a gap now.
It's all unofficial!
