Yum Brands on Monday announced the appointment of Juan Carlos “Carl” Loredo as president of Pizza Hut US Loredo, joining the company from Wendy's, where he served as chief marketing officer and then global chief marketing officer since 2019.
Loredo will officially begin his new role at Pizza Hut on June 3, where he will be responsible for leading the overall performance of the brand's business in the United States.

In all, Loredo has worked at Wendy's for more than eight years. There, he was instrumental in growing the company's digital business, as well as producing and launching marketing and content campaigns.
