Xiaomi will likely introduce the 14 Series after Qualcomm’s usual annual conference, so there’s a strong chance of that The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 lineup, which will be announced a day or two before the devices’ planned launch in Hawaii. This isn’t anything new yet, the design has already appeared a few times (the base model probably won’t differ much conceptually from the Pro either), but now a full list of specifications has also appeared on Weibo, albeit from a site that isn’t. A well-known source, so it is worth treating the information with reservations, which nevertheless does not seem unrealistic.
The 6.44-inch, 1.5K, 12-bit OLED panel will run at 120Hz image refresh with support for Dolby Vision and HDR10+, and the hardware underpinnings will be provided by the soon-to-be-introduced Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 LPDDR5x system memory and UFS 4.0 standard, as well as internal storage. Runtime is ensured by a 4600 mAh battery with 90W wired charging power, complemented by the option to share 50W and 10W wireless charging.
