Researchers Night Again Friday

This year too, on the last weekend of September, we can take a look at the secrets of different fields of science at the Researchers’ Night event. Through entertaining and inspiring presentations, experiments, laboratory visits and fun programs, we can learn about new results of scientific research. The aim is to make the diverse work of researchers and developers attractive to young people. In Kecskemét, six institutions have joined the national series of programs this year.

At Janus Neumann University on Friday from 5 p.m., interested people can learn about the secrets of injection molding, cybersecurity, digital twins, filaments and 3D printing, plastics, electromicroscopes and even scary physics. The Faculty of Horticulture will introduce us to the wonderful world of autumn colors and flavors, there will be games, adventures and crafts.

Organized by the Matthias Corvinus Collegium Foundation, linguist Veronica Schieder will give a lecture on speech pathology diagnosis. At the Kecskemét Planetarium, space exploration will of course be the main theme of the Researchers' Night, at the Bányai Júlia High School you can taste robotics, and this time, interested parties are also waiting for exciting experiments.

In the organization of Bács-Kiskun Vármegyei TIT, among other things, the effects of climate change will be on the table, and the Kecskemét Piarist School awaits young and old with amazing experiences on the Researchers' Night.
