Ludovic Orban, who is running for another term at the head of the National Liberal Party (PNL), visited the organizations of Hargita and Covasna counties on Sunday.

During the reshuffle of the Harjitta District Organization, he stated that investments were avoided. According to him, this can also be explained by the fact that local power publishers do not want improvements. DAHR can “better control their components if they are addicted.” He added that his party “wants the educated Romanians to stand on their own two feet and fight for their success.”

Ludovic Urban believed that the basis for all of this was investment, and that included investment in infrastructure. According to him, the construction of the Târgu Mures-Yay highway, which also crosses Harghita district, could be the basis of everything. This will make the area more attractive.

The politician promised to pay attention in order to guide all the companies that want to settle in Harghita district. He further explained that “If the region is developed to its fullest potential, it will be seen that the ethnic composition can also be changed drastically (…). Ludovic Orbán had previously visited his party’s Covasna County Organization, where he also spoke about the Transylvanian Economic Development Program funded by the Hungarian government.

In response to a question, Ludovic Orbán presented the Hungarian-Romanian Democratic Alliance (DAHR) as a coalition partner that generally kept its promises.
