Selenskyj again urges security guarantees to the United States Current news

Washington has already ruled out the direct security guarantees of Ukraine that Russia attacked. KYIV continues in a different opinion.

Despite many opposite statements from Washington, Ukrainian President and Waloudimir Silinski continue to expect American security guarantees for his country. “We want them to be strong, at least strong like the Israelis,” said the head of state journalists in Kiev, as reported by the news agency in Interfax-Okrin. It also prompted the delivery of other Patriot aircraft systems from American production.

In addition, Selenskyj expects a military presence for European allies. The “infrastructure” is used for security guarantees. “Even in the event of European forces, we are talking about support across the United States of America,” Silinskij confirmed. Discuss with US President Donald Trump that this support necessarily did not require the United States forces in Ukraine. Cooperation was discussed between secret services, defense against electronic attacks and air defense.

Ukraine was defending itself against the Russian invasion for more than three years. KYIV is committed to guarantee Western security before concluding peace to prevent Russia from other attacks. Moscow rejects the presence of Western forces in the neighboring country.
