In the upcoming RPG this year, a central role will be played by the side we will take in the matter regarding the islands called the Living Lands, and of course we will fight.
Obsidian is no stranger to the world of first-person RPGs, and neither is fantasy. Based on that, we can almost say they had an easy time combining the previous gameplay with the world they created themselves, and based on what we've seen, the end result looks really promising.
A terrible epidemic has decimated the islands called the Living Lands, and the Governor has sent us there to investigate the cause of the epidemic. It soon becomes clear that the locals are afraid of us, because they cannot know our intentions, and perhaps they are worried for some reason. Whether we side with the locals or the Empire, or whether we act as an independent party, is entirely up to us.
We haven't got a release date yet, but it will be released this year as promised, of course for Xbox Series X/S and PC, and will be available on Xbox Game Pass from day one.
