Sidley represents International Game Technology PLC (NYSE: IGT) in the spin-off of its global gaming and PlayDigital businesses, which will be combined immediately with Everi Holdings Inc. (NYSE: EVRI) in a deal valued at approximately $6.2 billion. Following the closing, Everi will change its name to International Game Technology, Inc.
