The U19 MEVZA Championship for our age group national teams has ended in Maribor.

Girls preparing for the World Cup won four of their five matches, losing only to the Croats, so they could stand on the second step of the podium. The federal coach of the Hungarian national team stated the following:
“We managed to gather a lot of experience in the tournament. We saw where the national teams of other countries are in this age group, and what we need to improve in order to catch up with them. We’ve had small successes and been at a low level over the three days. We need to play as many matches as possible together to experience these situations.”
