The upcoming Intel Raptor Lake Refresh series is said to bring significant changes to the entry-level and mid-range segment, such as more cores, higher clocks, and faster DDR5 memory support. Thanks to the latest leaks, the specifications of the entire 14th generation lineup have now been revealed.
RedGamingTech According to his information, Intel will not increase the number of cores in the Core i9 series, however, according to rumors, it will receive higher clock signals: the maximum boost for the i9-14900K will be 6.0 GHz, while for the i9 -14900KS it will be 6.2 GHz.
The 14th generation Core i7 processors feature up to 20 cores and 28 threads. This configuration has already been seen in Core i7-13850HX mobile CPUs, but we haven’t seen it yet in a desktop processor. Moving on to the Core i5 models, Intel will reportedly equip the i5-14600 with 16 cores and 24 threads. Finally, the i3 will be equipped with two additional performance cores.
