The post-apocalyptic game, which has been highly anticipated for a decade and a half, could be released in the first quarter.
STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl, developed by Ukrainian company GSC Gameworld, received an unexpected honor ahead of its release, with the PC Gaming Show jury awarding it the Most Anticipated PC Game award. This is not unfounded, since since 2009, fans have been eagerly awaiting the next part of the game series with a unique and distinctive atmosphere, set in the Chernobyl zone.
To our delight in receiving the award, the developers finally published a new teaser video from the game, and as expected, the biggest surprise of the motion picture with somewhat mysterious content was the appearance of the well-known Strider from the previous Call of Pripyat episode. The character is a former member of the Monolith group, and players can ask him as an assistant to support their hack into Pripyat.
According to the current situation, STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl will be released in the first quarter of 2024 for PC and Xbox Series platforms, and will be available from the first day of Xbox Game Pass rental. This will be the first part of the series, which is also respected on consoles, as the previous parts were released only for PC.
