The 2023 release date seems certain so far, but it looks like we won’t have to wait until around Christmas for Cal Kestis’ return.
EA and Respawn Entertainment announced the arrival of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor in May of this year, and we already knew the game might hit store shelves sometime next year. Of course, this time interval is quite wide, and for games of a similar caliber, it is not uncommon for publishers to set a release date in the period from October to November, that is, the months before the end of the year holiday. Well, it looks like the Fallen Order sequel will be different.
We haven’t received an official announcement yet, but the game’s data sheet has recently been added to the PlayStation Store database, and the information here has proven to be very telling. Leaker (which only uses the name PlayStation Game Size) that frequently leaks dates, file sizes, and updates for various PlayStation games on TwitterI found that in early March or late February the database editors released Jedi: Survivor.
Of course, the date is very far away, many things can happen in the coming months (even slip in the worst case), but whatever happens, based on the above, it seems unlikely that it will be pushed to the PC, PlayStation 5 and 2024 version of the upcoming game for Xbox Series X/S.
