The storm left more than a thousand people without power, while rail lines had to be closed in some places. The disaster has killed two people so far. The storm brutally hit the UK on Friday. In Scotland, 74,000 homes have been left without power so far, with about 120 trucks stuck in the snow on the M62. BBC.
The storm has also claimed lives since then In Antrim, Northern Ireland, a man died after a tree fell on his car due to a gusty wind, and in Cumbria a man also died from a falling tree.
