Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover have reunited after several years for a new comedy show. Taking to Instagram on Saturday, Netflix shared a video giving a glimpse of the duo talking about the new show. Kapil and Sunil join hands
The video started with Kapil saying, “Hey guys, this is Kapil Sharma.” Sunil Grover then faced the camera standing next to Kapil and said, “And you know who I am.” They both then said they would appear in a show on Netflix. Kapil then suggested that they be part of the show together.
Sunil talks about not traveling to Australia
“So we will be present in more than 190 countries,” Kapil said. Sunil then teased him, saying: “Forget Australia though.” When Kapil asked why, Sunil added: “Let’s avoid that.” “But they are waiting,” Kapil said. Sunil nodded and added, “Okay. But we’re not going by air, we’re going by road.” Kapil agreed to this.

They were also joined by the rest of the cast including Rajeev Thakur, Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek and Archana Puran Singh. As they were all trying to get into the frame pushing each other, Keiko said, “Thoda jagah do yaar hum kat rahe hai (Give me some space, I will be cut off in this frame).” Krushna Abhishek joked, “Maine pehle hi bola tha na jab yeh aayega na toh sabka thoda thoda katega (I told you, if he comes back, everyone will be chopped up).”

What happened between Kapil and Sunil
Kapil and Sunil have worked together in Comedy Nights with Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show. After the fight, Sunil walked out of the show. In 2017, Kapil and Sunil reportedly got into a mid-air altercation when they were on their way back from Melbourne, Australia. After that, Sunil left Kapil’s show. In the shows, Sunil played the characters of Dr. Mashoor Gulati, Rinku Devi and Joti among others.
About the new offer
According to a press release from Netflix, the show will be “an exciting new comedy offering for fans around the world.” Although the new series is not a standalone comedy special, it promises to deliver double the laughs and increase the entertainment in every episode.
