During this period, he achieved many successes with his teams, in addition to winning gold medals at the Austrian and Hungarian Championships, and leading his team to the playoffs at the then Hungarian Championship. Progress came quickly, in the spring of 2016 he was appointed head coach of Fehérvár AV19, but did not start the job due to an opportunity in Canada – he worked as a video coach and second coach on the Canadian ice hockey team. , then he was responsible for forming the two coaching staffs, with the junior and senior teams in which he won several world championships, and successfully participated in the Winter Olympic Games, but his collection also includes the Spengler Cup and the Hlinka-Gretzky Gold Cup.
“Over the past seven years I have been fortunate enough to work with the best coaches, managers and best players in the world, and together we have achieved many successes. My task initially involved evaluating and selecting coaches for the men’s national team, later expanding to more basic tasks. Basic with strategic planning, educating crew members, in addition, I acted as a video coach for teams during events, during tournaments, and also dealt with day-to-day communication between management and coaching staff.These roles helped me a lot in understanding the game from other points of view and I was able to use this knowledge during My training too – summed up the last seven years of the “new” second coach of the team.
