New Google improvements make email writing more seamless.

Google Drive has a feature to create and edit text documents. Here, you can also start composing emails in the Documents interface – the advantage of this is that the draft is much more secure than if it was simply created in the Gmail interface, and it can be easily restored in case of accidental deletion, even a single copy.

For such an email, enter a in a document @ Tick and write a file Draft email expression. (Here you will probably have to enter it in Hungarian, for example, the letter Letter.) The system will then insert a template in the document, where you can enter not only the letter’s text, but also the subject and recipients.

When we’re done and see that we want to send the email, all we have to do is click the Gmail icon to the left of the form, and the recipients can move on.

Google says freshness can also come in handy when several people want to edit the same email. Of course, there were no obstacles to transcribing texts here and there, but from now on it is easier to do it.

The new feature was launched by Google this week. We haven’t seen the opportunity yet, but it will definitely arrive in a few hours, at most a few days.
