Marshall Exler actually wanted to share his weight loss story on his Tik-Tok account, but when his girlfriend Faye was diagnosed with cancer in April 2023, their lives changed forever. The young man regularly shows their changing daily lives, and also posted a recording in which the tumor in his left thigh is clearly visible. The 23-year-old found out shortly before she received the devastating diagnosis – the man explains in the recording.
This was followed by one chemotherapy after another, and finally surgery to successfully remove the cancer cells. However, the joy did not last long: in January of this year, the girl noticed new symptoms. The scan confirmed his fears: The cancer had metastasized and spread to his lungs. Faye had to undergo radiotherapy again. “Chemotherapy will prolong your life, but it will never cure you,” her fiancé says.
