Advertised on the occasion of BlizzConline BlizzardTo provide three true classic pieces from the ’90s in a new set package. Group A. Blizzard Arcade Collection It carries the name and is already available for purchase on larger platforms.
The first game in the package is The Lost Vikings, which was originally released for SNES in 1993, which was a classic side-view crawl game. It recounts the adventures of three Vikings – Eric, Paleog and Olaf – who are kidnapped by an alien race leader, Tomatore, but who flee. Their adventures pass through different times, and the paths can be solved by combining the three characters’ unique abilities.
The second game is ’94 Rock n ‘Roll Racing, where you had to race with special armed cars. Our cars can be controlled from an isometric perspective, and the easiest way to win races is to shoot our opponents. Sure, they always came back after a few seconds, but they took a lot of damage.
The third game is Blackthorne, also in 1994. It’s also a classic side-stand that tells the story of Kyle’s “Blackthorne” revenge campaign Vlaros. The gameplay consists of crawling and shooting skill blocks, but we also got some character and equipment development.
The Blizzard Arcade Collection is now available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but can also be played on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X for backward compatibility. ■

My God! How long have I been waiting for Lost Vikings and Blackthorne to renew! And you don’t even have to buy 400,000 VGA for that.
