Salaries of health workers and teachers have fallen over the past year in SerbiaIf we look at the real value of wages – declared Vojvodina free Hungarian word. This is what was shown by the latest analysis of the economic magazine Kvartalny.
Compared to the last quarter of 2021, wages for workers in the health sector increased by 4.3 percent, those in education by 1.5 percent, and in the public sector by 5.2 percent. However, if we study the same quarter of the previous year, then realistically, wages in the health and education sectors decreased, while wages in the public sector increased to a small extent.
The median average is much lower
Wages have increased significantly in nominal terms, in terms of numbers, but due to significant inflation, the real increase is 4.3 percent, if we look at the average. The average salary was 72 thousand dinars (almost 250 thousand forints), while the average salary was 25 percent less than this and amounted to 54 thousand dinars (186 thousand forints), that is, half of the employees earn less than that.
They earn the most in the state administration at 82 thousand dinars, which is higher than the average salary of workers in the health sector, which is 80 thousand dinars, while those working in education are much less than that, as the average salary is 70 thousand dinars. Dinar.
