The second recipe will be a cream soup that can be made in the oven, which you can put out for 10 minutes, after which it practically cooks itself.
What you will need:
6 large heads of tomatoes, 1 can of cherry tomatoes, 2 cans of feta cheese, fresh basil leaves, salt, pepper, 1 can of cooking cream, 1 whole garlic head, 2 onion heads, 1 small honey, olive oil
Take a large heatproof baking tray and start stacking the ingredients in it: cut the large tomatoes into slices, sprinkle with the cherry tomatoes, add the unwrapped feta cheese with its juice, the basil leaves and the onion cut into quarter wedges, and season with salt and pepper. Cut off the top of the garlic, but leave it as it is, there will be more later, put it on the baking tray too. Sprinkle it with olive oil and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.
Take everything out and pour it into a large blender. Squeeze the garlic cream out of the garlic (if you fry the garlic, it will have a sweet taste and creamy texture), add a little honey, a little olive oil and finally a packet of cooking cream to the blender. Mix them together and you have an authentic, homemade Greek cream soup, the best you’ve ever had in a restaurant.
Try both, they are guaranteed to be indestructible and divine!
