Federal captain Attila Bero’s team won 13-10 against the Italian host team on Saturday in the semi-finals of Trieste’s qualifiers, as they secured their participation in the matches of the five rings.
The best of the game was Rita Kızteli, who helped Hungary achieve an Olympic performance with six goals. The Hungarians will play the Dutch national team in the final of the tournament on Sunday in a match without bets.
