The second electric car from Abarth will also be the most powerful model in the brand's history: they have shown the first image of the car built from the Fiat 600e.
The 500e introduced in 2022 was a milestone in Abarth's history, as the sports model built from the small Fiat became Abarth's first electric car and the fastest accelerating model to date. However, the Scorpio brand's next novelty beats it in every way, as this time they've built a sexy, sporty version of the larger Fiat 600e.
We've already seen a camouflaged prototype of the new 600e, and now Abarth has released the first image of the new model. From the round headlights and daytime running lights, we immediately realize that it is based on the novelty of the compact Fiat, but not only the badging has been changed in the Abarth version. The car got a completely new nose, where the inscription Abarth can be read instead of 600.
Its two electric motors have a combined power of 240 horsepower and drive all four wheels, making it the brand's most powerful road car to date.
These days, almost no new model is launched without a limited edition, and the Abarth 600e will be no different. The version shown in the photo is the Scorpionissima, recognizable by its Hypnotic Purple paint and 20-inch alloy wheels, and 1,949 examples will be produced, in reference to the year in which Abarth was founded.
