Netflix’s animated series Master of the Universe: Revelation might not be every fan’s dream, but Mark Hamill’s dubbed play is so much more than that.
Although fans are divided over Kevin Smith’s animated series Masters of the Universe: Revelation, one thing is certain: No soul would have been surprised by Mark Hamill’s stunning portrayal of Skeletor from the original dubbing actor, Alan Oppenheimer.
Netflix has now revealed a new behind-the-scenes video that shows Hummel in an absolute pose while recording the show. As with all of his primary roles – especially the Joker – Hamill still shines with pure professionalism in his role. This becomes even more apparent when the 70-year-old actor appears alongside Lena Headey (Battle of the Thrones) in the video. Battle of the Thrones plays Cersei, who is now responsible for the voice of Evil Lynn on the show.

The series features Mark Hamill (Skeletor), Lena Headey (Evil Lane), Chris Wood (Prince Adam) and Sarah Michelle Gellar as Tila. In addition to the cast in the first half of the season, new cast includes Method Man (Clamp Champ), Dee Bradley Baker (Savage He-Man), and Danny Trejo (Ramm Man), who will make their first appearances in Part Two.
Director Kevin Smith came under fire from fans after nearly getting rid of both the He-Man and Skeletor characters after an episode, and Tila became the series’ lead instead. But negative feedback did not cause the director to despair. The Varietink In one particular interview, he said, “I see people on the internet saying, ‘Hey, man, get rid of the He-Man!'” Do you really think Mattel Televisions, who hired me and paid me, would like to be on the Masters of the Universe show without He-Man? grow up. ‘”
Smith seems to be hoping for the series to return for a second season, so it’s no coincidence that the outcome of the first phase has been left open. Masters of the Universe: Revelations can be found on Netflix.
