The new Renault Master has won the prestigious title of Van of the Year (IVOTY) for 2025. The International Van of the Year (IVOTY) ceremony took place on 16 September during the IAA Transport Show in Hannover, and the new Renault Master was unanimously selected by a panel of experts representing 25 European countries. .
The judges were particularly impressed by the all-new design of the new Master, the amount of innovation and level of technology, as well as the tangible improvements in aerodynamics, all of which give it an advantage over other competitors.
The new Renault Master is the only car in its class to be produced in France (in the IC, electric and hydrogen range), and all body styles roll off the same production line in Batilly, near Metz (eastern France).
The new Renault Master is available in several configurations, including diesel engines (Blue dCi, 105-170 hp), and electric motors (96 or 105 kW, with 40 or 87 kWh battery).
There are over 40 types available and the transformation possibilities are endless. A front-wheel drive truck can carry up to 2 tons of payload, with front or rear wheel drive. Its cargo space has a capacity of 11-22 cubic metres.
The selection of seats includes suspended, swivel and single models, three seat types and two fabric plus TEP. The new cabin is more comfortable for everyone, and the storage compartments have a capacity of 135 liters – 25% more than the previous version.
Renault refined every detail of the truck's aerodynamics – it shortened the hood, moved the windshield forward and adjusted its angle, redesigned the rear-view mirrors and air duct intakes in the bumper, tightened the backrest, improved the roof angle, and more. Reduces SCx by 20%, increases cabin acoustic comfort and reduces CO2 by 39 g/km2 Emissions (total IC New Renault Master emissions as a result less than 200 g/km). The consumption of the electric version is 20% lower than the current Master model.
The car's on-board multimedia system is OpenR Link with built-in Google capabilities and a 10-inch display that connects wirelessly to Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and the car connects remotely to the My Renault app.
