Konami came up with a surprising announcement regarding the upcoming collection.
Recently, Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol.1 was presented, which will make the first three parts of the series available to fans, and, as it turned out, more classics will also be included in the collection. With release nearing, Konami also updated the game’s Steam page the other day, which revealed surprising and interesting information.
The comment, which has since been removed, revealed that we would definitely need a controller for the group if we were to play the adventure on a PC, as the game would not support keyboard and mouse control.
However, we are sure that the modder community, which is active on the Steam page, will soon address the shortcomings arising in this regard after release, transferring control to the keyboard and mouse combo as well, if Konami has not already done so.
In any case, the side of the Japanese development and publishing team is commendable, as many companies may have decided to withhold information (although it is not known why Konami later deleted the comment), and we also hope that closer to the release in the form of a possible announcement, all gamers will be informed PC with this information, thus avoiding any inconvenience that may occur after launching the game.
Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol.1 will be released on October 24th for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S and Nintendo Switch.
