The machine requirements for the previous PlayStation exclusive, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, have arrived, and five levels have been detailed by the development team.
Released in 2021, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is one of the few games not released for PlayStation 4, but only for PlayStation 5. The developers justified leaving the previous generation console behind by saying that switching between different worlds requires More powerful hardware, especially a solid-state drive, which guarantees very fast loading.
The PC version will arrive on July 26th, and we were rightly concerned (if only because of Sony’s recent games being ported to the PC) that the hardware requirements were too high. Nixxes Software has revealed the requirements we must prepare for.
The team identified five levels, which are as follows:

For the latter two, Nvidia DLSS is highly recommended. We’re curious to see if there are performance issues like the few PS games that visit the PC, or if Nixxes will once again do a better job than Iron Galaxy, which also dealt with The Last of Us Part 1.
