Three companies can prepare study plans for the Kaposvár-Szigetvár highway and the bypass road, as well as KHT documents by obtaining an environmental protection permit – writes magyarepitok.hu. The area could be linked to the Balaton region through a development of great importance for the development of Southern Transdanubia and Western Baranja.
Road improvements, for example the widening of Route 67 to two lanes, have brought many investments to Kaposvár. Among other things, Kaposvár will implement the Science Park jointly with Úbuda University with investment in green areas. Among other things, research and development related to paint spraying, metalworking, knitting technology and recycling of environmental pollutants will be carried out here.
According to the Public Procurement Announcement, the KHT and KBHV study and preparation plans for the approximately 41 km 2×2 highway between Kaposvár-Szigetvár and Environmental Protection Permit will be carried out by Utiber Közúti Beruházó Kft., Pannonway Építő Kft. And Uvaterv Út-, Vasútólőző Zrt.
The tasks also include preparing study plans for a 5 km route bypassing Kaposvár on a new route.
