The artistic delivery has already taken place, and now there is only the official opening ceremony. Completed tourist attraction called Igazgyöngyök útja in Makón, is basically a hiking trail within the city with 11 fun and interesting stops. The city received 220 million HUF for the investment.

As previously reported by Southern Hungary, the local government of Mako submitted an application for investment in 2016.
The plan was for anyone who visited here to learn about the city’s religious, local, and cultural historical attractions. Those who walk along the hiking trail can see the large, historic chapels, but there are also interactive information panels at each stop to help them discover the experiences.
The certificate of support for the winning bid was signed by the city’s mayor, Eva Erspet Farkas, in the spring of 2018, and after planning, the contractor was signed with representatives of Maros Project CFT last November.
Eva Erzibet Farkas recently told our newspaper that she hopes this development will also increase Mako’s tourist attraction. It will be the most exciting element to invest in the city center. It will be an information center and cultural salon on the ground floor of the Crown, which will take over the well-functioning Tourinform office and will also be a point of sale for Makó-related souvenirs.
