Designed for kids ages 2-13 and their families, Gulliver's Valley Resort features dinosaurs, indoor attractions, theme park rides, a slide park, a T-Rex tower, a pirate ship, a train station and countless other exciting adventures. Guests can also book short-term accommodations on site, renting Princess and Unicorn Suites in the Castle Hotel, but they can also stay in the Wild West-themed Lost World Houses, which are designed with dinosaurs in mind.
Due to the current pandemic situation and social distancing requirements, some parts of the park, including indoor play areas, will open at a later date.
Julie Dalton, “We are very excited to finally open the park to the public,” said the CEO of the family-owned park. “The past few months have been challenging because when we started construction, we did not expect to be faced with a global pandemic.”
He added that they will continue to open a month after the original date, and due to the health and well-being of visitors and staff, many changes have been made to the park so that everyone can have a good time and enjoy themselves.
“The park has put in place a number of additional security measures, including mandatory pre-arranged reservations, temperature checks on arrival, contactless entry, social distancing measures and a pre-order system for food,” he added.
