Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky postponed his official visit to Iberia due to the Russian attack. Meanwhile, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken traveled to Kyiv and announced an additional $2 billion military aid package.
“I come to Ukraine with a message: You are not alone. The United States has been with you since day one. We are with you today and we will remain with you until Ukraine’s security, sovereignty, and ability to choose its own path are assured,” Blinken said.
