The Xiaomi 12S Ultra’s best-in-class primary camera features an 8P aspherical lens that eliminates common shooting problems such as flare, ghosting, and chromatic aberration.
The device is equipped with a Sony IMX989 1-inch sensor, which enables, among other things, Quad-Bayer filtering, thereby reducing noise and promoting better shooting even in low-light conditions. In addition to unique optical solutions, the Xiaomi 12S Ultra contains two patented Xiaomi Surge chips, the Xiaomi Surge P1 fast charging chipset and the Xiaomi Surge G1 battery management chipset.
The Xiaomi 12S and Xiaomi 12S Pro both feature the Sony IMX707 camera sensor, which features a large 1/1.28 inch sensor and large pixels with 2.44μm pixel binning. Powered by Xiaomi AI Image Solution and Xiaomi ProFocus, these sensors enable fast startup, image capture and continuous recording. These devices support super-fast burst mode at 30fps and great low-light shooting capabilities.
In addition to the 12S, 12S Pro and 12S Ultra, Xiaomi also launched other products, such as Xiaomi 12 Pro Dimensity Edition, Xiaomi Book Pro 16, Xiaomi Book Pro 14, Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro, and Xiaomi also announced the Wi-Fi Home.
