TV chef Jenny Racks has expressed her opinion on young workers, who he does not have a good opinion of. RTLHe told the newspaper that he believes the current generation of young people is “practically useless.” He finds that among Generation Z employees, many want to make as much money as possible and achieve success without hard work. According to Rach, this is a generational mistake, and he sees the reason for it in upbringing.
“My age group was raised by people who grew up in the pre-regime era, when people chose a career and even worked in one workplace their entire lives. Of course, I’m not saying that the spirit of the era or the system they grew up in is perfect, but the work ethic and perseverance we saw from our parents is clearly that,” the chef said.
According to Rácz, summer work would be a great opportunity for young people to learn that success requires humility and hard work. Jenő Rácz said that he was, for example, 14 years old when he started working at a McDonald's restaurant on Régi Posta Street, and he also studied at a vocational school.
Philosopher and writer Eszter Pabartsi previously published an opinion piece on the vision of the Hungarian Generation Z, in which he explained that young people, in his opinion, are completely devoid of naive enthusiasm. “They are bitter, suspicious and disappointed,” he wrote in his opinion piece.
