Maybe they were preparing for some stunts with their BMW M3 on some European highways. Based on what we saw in the video, including the driver’s flash, we can conclude that they agreed in advance to videotape the sports sedan passing under the bridge, but life intervened, although the result was still amazing.
Large bluish-white smoke billowed from the engine compartment and exhaust of the M3 generation E90 / E92, so the driver had to pull over to the pitlane. The incident was also filmed by the passenger in the BMW, and at the fateful moment, a warning message could be seen flashing on the M3’s infotainment system screen.
After stopping, the driver was greeted by the not-so-beautiful sight of the oil splattered in the engine compartment, but this does not mean that the engine has been damaged, but an expensive visit to the service center is certainly waiting for him. Some speculate that the rod bearing may have been abandoned because it was recently replaced and it likely could not handle the higher speed pressure. So far, it has not been revealed if the owner has made any modifications to the BMW M3.
The fourth generation M3s, manufactured between 2007 and 2013, were equipped by BMW with the so-called S65 engine, which covers a 4.0-liter V8 with 420 horsepower and 340 Nm of torque. The rear-wheel drive Bavarian sports car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds, and its top speed is electronically controlled at 250 km/h.
Anyway, papal elections weren’t missed, he smoked BMWs here and there, and Pope Francis visited Budapest just a week ago – the head of the church drove a Fiat 500X with its unique license plate while visiting the capital:
