Although the Pokemon games are not available on PC, there is a new game available now that is completely and almost free.
If you really like Pokémon, you must have heard about Temtem, which conjures exactly the same monsters, world and atmosphere, but it was also available on PC. While there are a lot of RPGs to choose from on PC, none of them have the nice battle feel that Temtem has. The colorful Pokémon-inspired game now has a spin-off section, which is also available for free on Steam.

Developer Crema and publisher Humble Games have teamed up to release a new standalone battle game. Temtem Showdown is similar to Pokémon’s Showdown in that it focuses entirely on combat, you can build your team from scratch to go straight into online PvP. You don’t have to worry about your Temtem Level or anything else.
If you choose the ranked game mode, you’ll have to climb the ranks, improve your skills, and see how well you can take on both new and experienced Temtem trainers. Showdown brings Temtem’s signature 2v2 combat system while giving you the freedom to fight with strategy.
