The development of Bloodlines 2 can slowly rival Dead Island 2’s agony, and we can only hope that vampires eventually also get a happy ending like the Dambuster zombies. However, the situation is not very encouraging at the moment. A few days ago, we reported that Paradox Interactive was offering a full refund to those who pre-ordered the long-awaited role-playing game, since its release has yet to surface, and we know almost nothing about the development process.
However, a few years ago it seemed that everything would be fine, and the developers published many demos, gameplay recordings and other materials at that time. However, the game was pulled from Hardsuit Labs at the beginning of 2021, and as a result almost the entire project ended up in the trash. The current situation is that Paradox is still committed to the game, but at the moment we don’t even know what kind of studio is developing it.
Thus, the blockbuster franchise The Vampire: The Masquerade is shrouded in many secrets (and maybe even more bugs). And today we get a cause for disaster mixed with longing, because a Russian YouTuber uploaded nearly half an hour’s worth of material from a previous version of Bloodlines 2. The game certainly will never be released like this, but the recordings are interesting despite the not-so-great quality.
