The Retro Mini PC AM02 also received a very interesting addition on the cover of the device itself.
AYANEO introduced the Apple Macintosh-inspired Retro Mini PC AM01 last November, followed by the new Retro Mini PC AM02. The big difference is that the design ideas are now based on the Nintendo NES.
The old design house is still considered small, in fact it represents the mini category with its volume of 0.9L, it can work with AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS SoC APU, while the maximum capacity of effective system memory is 5.6GHz, DDR5 max 64 and can be GB. A PCI Express 4.0 SSD in M.2-2280 format can be selected as data storage.
Of course, a Wi-Fi 6E module is integrated along with Bluetooth 5.2, and you can also count on two 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports and a USB4 Type-C port, while the monitors are equipped with an HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 port. Windows 11 Home can be ordered as an option, but any Linux distribution can be used as it's a PC.
Another interesting part of the system is the 4-inch touch screen on the body, which displays information related to operation, and even individual parameters can be adjusted by the user, considering the consumption limit, for example.
The upcoming configurations of the AYANEO Retro Mini PC AM02 are summarized in the image above, with individual pricing options detailed.
