This year, Researchers’ Night will once again be held in front of the public

In a statement sent to MTI, the organizers said the large-scale fall science festival, which has been a regular occurrence for more than a decade, will take place from September 24 to 25 this year.

The festival programs will be available on the event website from August (https://kutatokejszakaja.hu/esemenyek/).

The aim of the organizers is to show students, their parents, teachers and the general public how intertwined engineering and science are in our daily lives, the importance of these disciplines in describing and understanding processes, and discovering new contexts; To better understand the world around us – read the contact.

As they write, the novelty of 2021 is the creation of the Night Foundation for Scholars of European Sciences with the purpose of organization and smooth operation.

The new institution is responsible for education, training, skills development and dissemination; Supporting educational, scientific, educational, cultural, sports and recreational activities for children and youth, and the participation of children and youth deprived of large families.

Researchers’ Night is a free series of events across Europe to promote scientific and research careers, and traditionally takes place at the end of September. Due to the epidemiological situation, the date of the national series of programs has been postponed to November last year, when all the programs of the event can be followed online by those interested.
