This year, the Researchers' Night awaits us again with thousands of programs – Pesti Hírlap

Researchers' Night is also this year: Organizers announced that more than 2,000 programs with those interested in science are expected to wait at more than 100 locations.

Science spreads Night of seekersIt will be held again this year on September 27 and 28. According to their information, this year hundreds of institutions in Hungary – universities, research institutes, libraries, archives and museums – will join this event, which is being organized for the twentieth time with the aim of promoting the career of researchers and scientific research. Traditionally held on the last Friday of September, the night will take place across Europe on Saturday.

The detailed program will be available from the beginning of September on the Researchers' Night website (www.kutatokejszakaja.hu), as well as on the event’s Facebook page (hhttps://www.facebook.com/kutatokejszakaja), where you can still read interesting news from the world of science, the announcement said.

Researchers' Night is a series of free events held across Europe

Through entertaining and inspiring presentations, experiments, lab visits and other fun programs, all ages can learn about the many new findings of scientific research. The most important goal of this event, initiated by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Initiative of the European Union Commission, is to make the diverse work of researchers and developers attractive to young people – both boys and girls.

All areas of science are represented with interesting programs at this event. As for the types of programs, there will be lectures, workshops, discussions, exhibitions, guided tours, experiments, laboratory visits, presentations, competitions, films, creative sessions and much more, the website reads. All programs are free to attend. However, pre-registration is required for some programmes, e.g. Due to the limited capacity of the laboratory or room.

Researchers' Night is organized again this year by the RCISD Regional Knowledge Center and the FAWORIT consortium organized around it, which has received the support of the Marie Sklodowska-Curie (MSCA) Program of the European Union (EU) for the tenth time. Members of the organizing consortium are the Regional Knowledge Center RCISD, the Association for Women in Science, the Hétfa Research Institute, the Society for the Dissemination of Knowledge TIT, and the University of Šbuda.

Last year, visitors were welcomed with children's programmes, a Kosztolányi evening and a Mistral concert on Researchers' Night
