This was the first official competition for three of the Body & Fitness competition contestants, Judit Poliak, Vanessa Buda and Mihaly Groza.
– We cannot be dissatisfied, because all our competitors have earned the right to compete in the World Championships, – said Joseph Dens, director and coach of the club, with satisfaction. – Judith Poliak, who competed in her first competition in her life, should be commended for lifting one and a half times her weight, but the young Vanessa Buda was also good, although she missed the podium. The submission of the third newcomer, Mihály Gróza, was also successful, winning silver in the bench press. His brother, Zanet Boda, gained weight again after an absence of half a year, and Istvan Lechner won a bronze medal in his weight group even though he was struggling with injury. Szilveszter Zsilák returned from his injury after two years and had to lose eight kilograms for his weight group. He deserves recognition, because he was five kilograms lower than the first in weightlifting.
