Tropical Storm ETA makes landfall on the Florida coast
The storm’s fourth landing occurred south of Cedar Key, Florida, at 4 a.m., with winds reaching 50 mph, according to CNN meteorologist Michael Jay. Tropical storm winds extend 115 miles from the center of the storm National Hurricane Center.
