He also said that CBS Television would provide a platform for the vice presidential candidates to be debated.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump expressed his hope that the Democratic Party campaign team would agree to the set dates, adding that he considered the debate with his Democratic rival, which he expects, important.

Regarding Joe Biden's withdrawal from the presidential race on July 21, he said that the opportunity was taken away from the current Democratic Party leader and given to someone else without holding a primary election. At the same time, he described the activities of the administration led by Joe Biden as a culture of “lack of common sense.”

At the press conference, in response to questions from reporters, Donald Trump explained, among other things, that although his support among African-American women may not be very high, according to public opinion polls, he enjoys a high level of support among African-American women, African-American men, white men, Jewish voters, and Hispanics.

Regarding US-China relations, he said he is striving to establish good relations.
