According to the former President of the United States of America, Michael Cohen – who is now a crown witness in a trial against Trump for financial misconduct – breached attorney’s confidentiality and made a profit by spreading lies about him in books and podcasts – Reuters.

Cohen’s attorney, Lani Davis, who also called attention to the fact that the former president is laying claim is among several similar cases in recent years he has sued.
The former president’s staff filed this civil lawsuit after Michael Cohen participated as a witness in the criminal trial against Trump, in which charges were read last week in a Manhattan court. The former president pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records.
