It’s often a complaint that classic fast-paced action movies don’t have the same pace as they did in the 80s and 90s. That was disproved in 2020 by Sam Hargrave, the stuntman-turned-director teaming up with the Russo brothers to make Tyler Rake: The Escape, which quickly became one of Netflix’s most popular self-produced content. And while lockdown made its continuation uncertain, a sequel arrived last year, which was much better received.
Chris Hemsworth took on the role of action hero, Thor of the Marvel World, and he was right at home in the role. At San Diego Comic Con, he revealed some details about Episode 3. Because it is now certain that there will be an Extraction 3. The actor said that they are in the middle of the assembly and writing process. He stressed that the key to success is teamwork, and they work very well with producers Anthony and Joe Russo, as well as Hargrave.
He also said that he is very proud of the first two parts, so now they also have to make sure that there is definitely a need for a good script and that no mistakes should be made. Despite the challenges, they are enjoying the work, even at this relatively early stage, it is very interesting to see how the production develops. Of course, the premiere is still far away, and we do not even know the exact date.
