The scientific meeting focused on two axes: energy management and innovations that affect the social fields and health care.
Two internationally recognized academics spoke at the plenary session that opened the event. Online recorder Klara Mendoza Martinez from Lappeenranta University of Technology in Finland discussed the possibilities of using pulp mill waste for chemical and fuel purposes, and then Dr. Gabor Nemeth from the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Miskolc gave a lecture entitled Theoretical and practical applications of artificial intelligence in ophthalmology.
During the two-day conference, questions that arise during research in selected areas were discussed in ten sections, highlighting the research results achieved in the scientific workshops of the University of Miskolc.
