Water Championships – Results of Sunday’s swimming competitions in the pool

The first evening program of the Fukuoka World Aquatic World Championships swimming pool competitions achieved a brilliant finale and three world records; With one exception, an Australian winner has been crowned in each event.

The first final of the day immediately brought a huge battle, in the 400m race, Australian Samuel Short beat Olympic champion and defending champion Ahmed Hafnaoui from Tunisia by only two hundredths.
